There is lots to see and do around Halifax in the city. Take a tour of the city's waterfront, either from land or by boat. You can visit a museums including the Halifax Citadel, lots of Old English gardens, parks and waterfront greenspace, and activities and sports to keep anybody busy (and happy). Of there's more to Nova Scotia than Halifax. Head into the nearby countryside and experience Acadian and Scottish charm. Nova Scotia combines thee hundred years of history and culture, with spectacular landscapes where rugged rock meets lake & sea, where clear blue sky meets fertile farmland, and where 50 foot Fundy tides scour the rocks and feed millions of fish and hundreds of whales. Or head north to ecplore the Cabot Trail on scenic Cape Breton.
